1954: Gli Inizi

Diesis Design srl nasce dall’integrazione di due esperienza:

La prima, con radici storiche, maturata in circa 60 anni di attività nel campo dell’arredamento;
La seconda, di nuova generazione, cresciuta nell’ultimo ventennio, che si è concentrata sulla ricerca e sull’utilizzo di soluzioni tecnologicamente innovative sia di progettazione che d’arredo.

Coordinando esperienza e competenze sia industriali che artigianali, abbiamo realizzato numerose opero di progetto, ristrutturazione ed arredo. Esse sono immediatamente visionabili negli archivi fotografici dei nostri showroom e ad alcune di esse facciamo riferimento nelle pagine di questo sito.

Nella storica sede di Corso Campano nasce a Giugliano il Centro Arredamenti di Francesco Sciorio, che in pochi anni diventa uno dei punti di riferimento nell’area a nord di Napoli per la qualità del prodotto: Il centro è il primo a proporre le cucine su progettazione dei nostri maestri ebanisti, le poltrone Busnelli, pezzi della Frigerio e tanti altri prodotti di ebanisteria ed alto design.

1968: La nuova sede

1992: Diesis muove i primi passi

Per rispondere alla crescente domanda del mercato e all’esigenza di un’offerta sempre più varia e qualificata, il Centro Arredamenti Francesco e Giovanni Mario Sciorio raggiunge i 1000 mq di esposizione in via Giacinto Gigante, costruendo un’altra struttura adiacente. L’offerta del centro si arricchisce di altri marchi prestigiosi, come Giorgetti ed Artemide, e spinge con decisione sull’intera gamma dei complementi d’arredo: dalle lampade ai tessuti, dai tappeti alle stampe, sempre quanto di meglio è disponibile sul mercato.

1983: La Crescita

Alla storica sede di Corso Campano, il Centro Arredamenti Francesco Sciorio aggiunge altri 400 mq di esposizione in via Giacinto Gigante.

Con il passare del tempo ed il cambiare delle esigenze dell’utenza e con l’esperienza e le competenze maturare in giro per le aziende d’arredamento d’Europa e d’Italia, seguendo corsi ed imparando le arti dei maestri artigiani del mobile, Giovanni Mario, figlio di Francesco, dà nuova linfa al lavoro paterno creando Diesis ed identificando già quella che sarebbe diventata una modalità nuova di svolgere il proprio lavoro.

2003: Si affianca una nuova e prestigiosa sede

Nasce Diesis Vomero, struttura di alto livello situata in Piazza Vanvitelli, dotata di show room espositivo e di uno studio di progettazione attrezzato. Diesis si specializza in realizzazioni sia di gusto classico che di design, inglobando nei suoi progetti tessuti esclusivi, porte, infissi e consulenza nella scelta dei materiali. Inoltre, per la sezione contract, Diesis sviluppa un profilo marketing prima ancora di elaborare il progetto stesso, al fine di centrare gli obiettivi posti dal cliente.

2008: Diesis mette le ali

Diesis diventa entità giuridica in grado di salvaguardare la propria Clientela dalle problematiche amministrative e giuridiche; assorbe inoltre una parte della sede di Giugliano, creando un proprio show room.

Non essendo più una struttura dedita alla sola vendita, con un occhio mirato ai Clienti al fine di fornire un punto di accesso unico al servizio offerto, Diesis si accorpa a Giugliano, con un nuovo show room ed una nuova sede di progettazione.

2011: Diesis Gets stronger

Not being an organization with the only aim of selling forniture anymore, Diesis becomes one with Giugliano with a new show room and a new design-atelier, an eye constantly pointed towards the clients, so as to offer a unique access point to the service offered.

Diesis becomes a legal entity, capable of guarding its clients against administrative and legal problems. Diesis also assimilates part of the business in Giugliano, opening its own show room.

2008: Diesis takes wing

Diesis Vomero is founded, a high level organization located in Piazza Vanvitelli, provided with a show room for exhibitions and a well-equipped design atelier. Diesis specializes either in classic and design works, including in its projects exclusive textiles, doors and windows, and expert advice concerning the choice of materials. Moreover, for the contract section, Diesis develops a marketing-profile before the elaboration of the sketch, so as to hit the target objectives defined by the client.

2003: A new prestigious location

As time went by and user’s demand changed, thanks to the experience and competence gained through corses in European and Italian furnishing companies, learning the artisans’ skills, Giovanni Mario Sciorio gives new life to his father’s activity founding “DIESIS” and characterizing what would become a new way to carry out his job.

To the historic location in Corso Campano, the Francesco Sciorio Furniture Centre adds 400 extra square metres of furniture exhibition in via Giacinto Gigante.

1983: Growing up...

In order to answer to the rising demand and due to the need for a variable and increasingly qualified offer, the Centro Arredamenti Francesco e Giovanni Mario Sciorio expands to 1000 square metres of furniture exhibition in via G. Gigante, opening another adjacent area. The offer of the Centre enriches with more prestigious brands, like Giorgetti and Artemide, and focuses with decision on the whole range of furnishing accessories: from lamps to textiles, from carpets to prints, always the best available on the market.

1992: Diesis and its first steps

1968: The new Location

In the historic location of Corso Campano grows in Giugliano the Centro Arredamenti di Francesco Sciorio, becoming in a few years one of the points of reference in the area of north-Naples due to the quality of the products: the Centre is the first to offer ebony-carpenters customised kitchens, Busnelli’s armchairs, Frigerio’s pieces and many other high quality products.

Diesis Design srl was born out of the integration of two experiences:

The first, with roots in almost 60 years of activity in the field of furniture;
The second, of new generation, developed in the last twenty years, focusing on the research and employment of innovative technological solutions either in design and furnishing.

Thanks to the coordination of industrial and artisan experiences and competences, we gave birth to many works of design, redecoration and furnishing. These works can be seen in the photograph archives of our showrooms and some of them are mentioned in the pages of this website.
